ProfilHotels President in Norrköping is looking for a receptionist for the summer season!

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in service and hospitality, and enjoys meeting new people every day.

As a receptionist with us, you are the hotel's face to the outside world and an important part of the overall experience for our guests. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to help create a welcoming environment. You are flexible, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Mainly includes:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Manage bookings, payments, and administrative tasks
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Provide information about the hotel and tips about the local area
• Resolve problems quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth stay for the guest

Working hours are varied and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends according to schedule.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a reception or other service role
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently
• Has an interest in service and always does their best to create a positive experience for our guests

Experience in hotel reception as well as bar and restaurant work is advantageous as the position involves responsibility for alcohol service. According to the Alcohol Act (2010:1622) Chapter 3, Section 7, the person responsible for serving must be at least 20 years old.
